THE ULTIMATE TRIP - WE ARE GOING SAILING!!, 0-. -1. 2009, 16: 1after 10 years, one of my biggest dreams ist becoming reality:
my girlfriend nina and me just bought a 11 meter (35 ft) catamaran and will sail across the south pacific! here is our baby:
"FLINA", our new home, is currently floating on the rio dulce on the east coast of guatemala, where we will go on board mid october. we will then sail her down the carriben side of central america, past honduras, nicaragua and costa rica to panama. after crossing the panama channel, the south pacific is waiting for us. by christmas 2010 we plan to reach new zealand.
on board are a 7 surfboards, scuba diving gear for two with a compressor, paragliding equipment, mountainbikes and more, so chances to get bored are slim

well, this winter is gonna be my 10th season as a pro, and the 3rd year of the freeride world tour. to many jubilees to miss i think! so we plan to habe a 2 month break from sailing. we be back early january, just in time for the first world tour stop in russia. 2 months of riding will follow, before we plan to go back on the boat at the end of march.
