hi folks,

the contest season ended for me in verbier just as it startet in sochi  - alright but not perfect.

in really challenging snow conditions the final of the freeride world tour took place on the north face of the mythical bec de rosses in verbier.

i had a lot of fun abseiling down into my private part of the mountain, and was ready for a good and fast run afterwards, but a little mistake send me sliding down on my backside edge at full speed over some rocks and so i could not ride the middle part of my line as planed. given this a 5th place is alright, but i wonder if i will ever learn to choose easier lines in competitions??? maybe next year.......

congrats to mitch for his 2nd and especially to max zipser for finishing 3rd overall!!

4 austrians in the top ten is pretty sick anyway............

also congrats to hauni for his 4th overall - siiiiiiiick!!
