just 3 days after being super disappointed in tignes i had a reason to smile again: at the freeride world qualifyer in nendaz, switzerland i first won the qualification on day one and then also the final on the beautiful north face of the "mont gond".

with a fast and fluid run with clean landings i managed to stay ahead of a strong field with many world tour riders competing.

austria was also well presented among the skiers: björn heregger won the skiers and got a wild card to compete in verbier this wekend. together with max zipser, matthias haunholder, bibi pekarek, mitch tolderer, eric themel and me there are now 5 austrians at the finals in verbier! we are all looking forward to ride the bec de rosses, the most challenging mountain on the tour!!!!
